MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE
| The Management Associate (MA)
Program is aimed at developing young talents to assume senior
management positions. This 2-year program consists of 4 phases
namely, classroom training, focus development in assigned department,
rotational track training in various departments in Malaysia and
different South East Asia countries. Upon completion of the
entire program, all MAs will be assessed to gauge their readiness in
assuming a more senior position . |

Requirements:

Degree in Actuarial
Science/Marketing and/or business-related disciplines from a reputable
university; Masters Degree is preferred. |

Minimum 2 years'
experience, preferably in insurance and financial sectors. |

Able to meet the
required standards of various tests in the selection process. |

Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. |

Good command of both
written and spoken English. |

Willing to be relocated
on internaional assignments according to business needs of the company. |

TRAINING EXECUTIVES
| Career Training (in Kuala Lumpur and other AIA
branches throughout Malaysia) |

Responsibilities:

Conduct AIA training
courses. |
| - |
Support the branch
agency office to achieve training benchmarks |

Assist regional sales
offices in agency development |
| - |
Plan training schedule,
coordinate seminar activities and communicate with sales agencies |
| - |
Responsible for projects
assigned from time to time. |
Requirements:

Degree or equivalent
academic qualifications |
| - |
Minimum 2-3 years'
experience in sales & marketing, teaching and/or training, preferably in
the financial services industry. |

Excellent written and
oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability
to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage. |

Computer literate
i.e. Microsoft Office - MS Word, Excel & Power Point. |
