Direct appointment as UNIT MANAGER

  
 
  Are you:-
  1. A Diploma or Degree holder?
  2. Between 23 to 45 years young?
  3. The person who can accept challenges?
  4. Healthy and energetic?
  5. The person who has a very strong desire to succeed as a Unit Manager?
  6. The person who can work independently and possess own transport?
  7. Money orientated (Income >RM100,000 per year)?

  Are you:-

The person who had been contracted as an agent/agency leader but have since resigned from the life insurance industry (have not joined any life insurance company since the last company) for a minimum period of one year are eligible to apply for direct appointment.

  Are you:-  
 
  SPM or STPM holder with working experience at the supervisory level for not less than 5 years in the marketing and/or financial services industry.

  If you qualify on one of  the above, our organization is willing to take you in as direct appointed Unit Manager.  Unit Managers should be a good disciplinarian, good in personal sale, possess managerial, leadership and interpersonal skill and a good recruiter.
