Applicants should fulfill the following criteria:

Malaysian citizen age 23 and below |

Pursuing a full-time preferred Degree course in a local public
university |

Been
offerred to pursue the preferred courses for 2006 intake or |

Completed at least one semester of a preferred Degree course with a
minimum CGPA of 3.00 |
